Snow bowl is piddly, and I had to drive an hour and a half from Essex Jct. to get there. That said, some of the most amazing vistas I've seen all season, and a beautiful, gorgeous drive to get there, via 125 in central VT. Plus, nothing really compares to riding with the first girl that ever made me really want to learn how to snowboard. We did one run on Worth Mountain Chair called "Allen" just for the sake of Alicia so she could see us ride down the hill - then we headed over to Andy's lift, or Bailey Falls lift, where we did Liftline basically twice, the second time starting at Youngman, but then curving off at Fletcher. Apparently the end of Youngman is nicer, but we pussed out - it looked too flat. Our third down was via Voter, so we could get over to the Sheehan chair. Margaret needed to look at Nova. So we did. And she was fine. So we went and did a bunch of woods runs - four I think - on Kelton Glades 3 times, then once on Cameron (but it was a bit too thick and wet.)
Fun day - if for no other reason than memories. Aww.... Margie!
